As someone who has regular back massages for chronic spinal pain I visited Lavender Massage today (as my regular place was booked full). I must say overall the experience was pretty damned poor!!First of all I booked a 1 HOUR massage and it only lasted 45 MINS start to finish!! (I timed it - in at 3.45pm done at 4.30pm) Add to that the first 20 mins was a generic back massage during which the therapist had a conversation the ENTIRE time with another lady in the room with us!!Then 20 mins in they left and a different lady came in to finish for the last 20 mins and it was even LESS effective than the first half!!It comes to something when you go in for a massage for lower back pain and after the session you're still in as much pain as when you went in!!!I definitely WOULD NOT recommend Lavender Massage for any kind of pain relief massage treatment and I will not be returning for any future sessions. Essentially an expensive waste of time!!

I attended for a massage for back pain, enjoyed the feeling of complete relaxation and spiritual healing so much that I have been going back regularly to see Lily. I have been living pain free since my first session and when the pain starts bothering me another session relieves it completely.

First class , I must say 10/10 for service, I’ve attended other massage spa due to a road accident but this had a far superior result.I will definitely be back .

Visited for 1 hour massage. Looks like place is having a refit. Looks very nice and clean. The girl that provided my massage was called Lilly. Nice light pressure as asked for. Very friendly and professional.
