Brought a bathroom off them, few months down the line came to fit the cistern that they supplied, and it had a crack in it, I asked if it could be replaced but they said no, I asked how much for a new one they said £132 (I only paid £81 for it originally) massive con.Should have had a free replacement and the same discounts as before but because I wasn’t buying enough from them they wouldn’t give me any discount even though it was to replace their broken cistern.I brought the same one from screwfix for £60.

I went into this shop today to get some inspiration for a bathroom. They have extremely beautiful bathrooms on display, with lots of variety. And I especially love the large marble tiles, which are over a metre wide. The staff were very friendly, especially Dean who loved the bathroom designs and tiles as much as I do. Dean also gave me really detailed brochures for the shop of all their different designs and tiles which was very helpful. Fabulous place with friendly people!

Easy bathrooms in Southsea has such a different variety of tiles, really beautiful, good quality tiles and great value. All staff are really helpful and I have been dealing mostly with emon, can order tiles on Monday and they are there on Wednesday. Highly recommend this store and will use again.

Absolutely atrocious service - customer care are so rude aswell DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER … REALLY BAD CUSTOMER CARE , the app lets you order when they are “closed” ridiculous … why even operate a buisness. If I can’t get it now what’s the point ??? 8.30pm just no point in trading in this industry. Rude care Center . Trust me these people don’t need your buisness
