I attended the practice last week for a teeth cleaning. I explained the hygienist Lisa that I was a very nervous patient and was feeling very anxious, however, she immediately listened to my concerns with great empathy and instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease.She proceeded to clean my teeth with great care and attention, all the while making sure I was comfortable and okay with what was happening.I've never had such a friendly, warm welcoming to a dental appointment in all my life.I feel it has helped overcome a part of my fear.My teeth felt incredible afterwards and no pain was felt during or after my appointment which was a bonus.I was also given aftercare which i took onboard for between cleaning visits.The clinic itself is extremely clean and tidy, the staff are friendy and well presented.There is a large carpark located to the rear of the practice so it's very easy to get to from there.I would highly recommend registering at the practice if you want to attend a clean and thorough dental practice in which the staff really care about your oral health.
