Worst experience and worst cake that I ever have. Cake totally different what I have ordered and paid for. They ruined the cake totally and denies that they never sent me the cake I shared and showed them cake picture they sent me on whatsapp and they denied it. Never going back or order from them ever again. Cake looks like someone licked it. Disgusting cake. Waste of money. Delivery guy never contacted me and left my cake with neighbours. It was a surprise cake for my wife which they messed up so badly.

A few days ago I ordered a cake with a special design for a birthday party, and the result was spectacular, very good work for the whole team, and great customer service with the girl who was the cashier (she speaks English and Spanish, that was very helpful). A very good cake that hasn't lost its flavor with the passing of days! Thank you so much! for this great experience!
