Prices have gone up as you'd expect, but 8 quid for good-sized medium breakfast including hot drink is still very good value. Very pleasant old-style atmosphere accessed via station platform. Cards taken as well, unlike the previous owners.

Contrary to reviews it isn't dog friendly, staff aren't friendly and coffee sub standard ! Avoid if you can lots of other friendly cafes with friendly staff!

The Cafe is situated on Malton station, the entrance is from the platform.It is a small cafe, but the service and quality of food were excellent.Very friendly people, who made us very welcome.

Great value cafe, proper home cooked food. Worth every penny. The owners are looking to sell due to retirement which is a shame as new owners won’t be the same.
