The Yoga Cabin

We went to Mel’s studio as part of a hen weekend and she was amazing! Put together a really good session for a few slightly fragile hens! Made us all feel comfortable and special and welcomed! She help us all in our different levels of yoga and even had a lovely glass of Prosecco waiting for each of us at the end of the session’ it was lovely!

A Gem in Halstead! I have attended Melissas Yin Yoga and Crystal Sound Baths and they are incredible!!I highly recommend if you’re needing to deeply stretch and fully relax (possibly even fall asleep!)She has created a beautiful studio space that feels so cozy. Melissa is down to earth, friendly, inclusive and warm making everyone feel as ease in her classes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
