GECKO Campervan Hire

We had a fabulous time in Cornwall with the Gecko camper van. The van was spot on, cleaned and valeted when we picked it up and we were shown how to use everything by Nichola and Darren who were friendly and helpful.The camper drives really well and has adaptive cruise control which was great while cruising down the main roads.It contains everything you need for a nice relaxing stay with cooking, it's own solar powered electricity along with an electric hookup and 2 sleeping areas along with an awning which we pitched and used to extend the living and storage areas.The camper is a nice size for negotiating the narrow roads and towns in Cornwall and not much bigger than a car when parking. It was quite economical as well as we travelled the 452 miles from Newquay back to Washington on a full tank without having to refuel on the way.All in all a fantastic experience that allows you to travel and stay from area to area and be self sufficient.Thank you Darren and Nichola.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our VW Campervan hire over the Easter weekend! The van was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably.The van was in fantastic condition and had all the amenities we needed, including a gas stove, oven & fridge. We were able to cook our own meals and enjoy them outdoors while taking in the beautiful scenery of the Lake District.Darren and Nicola at Gecko were incredibly helpful and made the process of renting and returning the van seamless. They provided us with an overview on how to work the camper and was easy to contact should we need to ask any further questions.Overall, we would highly recommend Gecko Campervan hire to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable way to explore the Lake District or beyond. We can't wait to rent from them again for our next adventure!
