Parking annoying. Middle of nowhere so why charge for parking if you are a paying guest. Hotel held payment against my account for stay and a tab despite paying directly by debit card.Rooms could use an update. Was no fridge or tea in the room.Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff very good.

Very comfortable, idle location for Silverstone race track. Nice hotel, good car parking. Brilliant breakfast. Evening meals seem a little too expensive for what they are. 2 course meal for two average £75 and nothing super special. Includes one alcoholic drink.

Great hotel. It’s slightly older than some but the staff made this excellent. Very friendly and treated me really well as a gold member. Lots of parking and great for if you take your dog as lots of green areas. I was upgraded to a larger two double bed room with sofa bed. Would definitely return if in the area.

Bar was out of most drinks, glassware was poor, tills did not work so had to pay at reception each time which meant queuing with guests checking in.Room was a good size but there was no full length mirror and the louvre cupboard doors were very clunky and noisy when opening.The hotels main gents toilets also smelt unwelcoming so would change the odour mats or spray that maybe the cause.Reception staff very friendly but bar staff quite rude.Room cleanliness was ok but on closer inspection you could see stains on work station doors, dust on ledges and build up of dirt underneath toilet.The £5 parking fee was also unexpected. This practice should really be stopped and just added to the room charge so its clear to avoid confusion rather than seek cost ranking on booking platforms.

Rooms are underwhelming, not what you expect for a Hilton. The main room had no light, only side lamps by the bed for the whole room. Bed was noisy and wobbles.Again bathroom wasn’t up to a Hilton standard. Bar was under stocked on a sat night.Lobby area smelt like old cabbage. Place was very dated.Parking is £5 a day.On an up side the Christmas decorations were pretty. And the breakfast was amazing. Waffle bar, buffet full English, pastries etc..

Very much what you would expect from the chain.And that is not to this hotels detriment.The staff were excellent.The food was good.The rooms were clean, tidy, and well presented.I liked the fact that after 15 minutes in the room, reception called up to ask if everything was OK with the room.Attention to detail and customer service is a great way to ensure that customers revisitI am certain that if I am in the area again that i will be hoping they have availability.Thank you, Hilton Northampton.

I want to commend the reception and housekeeping staff who were so helpful when I left a (much loved) jacket in my room. They were so good at keeping in contact with me and also informing me when the courier company decided they didn't need to collect. Thank you! for all your help and emails. Liz P

Attended a conference. I don't the a/c was switched on or it wasn't working. Conference room extremely hot. The toilets were clean and well serviced.Lunch was okay - good choices but not tasty (IMHO). Dessert was better.

Stayed here for a conference. Everything was perfect. For those type of meetings this is great location. But it's a bit on the outside of Northampton, so I wouldn't necessarily stay here if I was on (small) holiday, wanting to explore the surroundings.
