Great shopping experience.I love shopping at Waitrose, staff are really helpful, the Isles are spacious and you can get pretty much everything you want.Highly recommended shopping here, oh and there's plenty of parking

Checkout staff very good but supervisors and Service desk staff behave as if they are doing you a favour. Food quality is excellent and store is modern and clean. Prices are at least 20% higher than other supermarkets in town.

Tremendous customer experience and the staff are absolutely brilliant, as always.I like the new self service check out facility. I know its not quite right for every customer but don't be rude to the front line staff if you don't like it.I heard a horrible remark to a member of staff who was only trying to be helpful with the new arrangement, to be told that she would be made redundant!! That so called shallow customer has no idea of that member of staff circumstances.You should be ashamed of yourself!!!Martin Taylor-Reid

Disgusting treatment by the checkout supervisor who ransacked our bags to execute a check on our meagre £120 worth of self checked, low value purchases. He refused to call out the manager. He repeatabled restarted the check of our purchases, leaving our bags in a complete mess. If we had not spent an hour assembling our purchases we would have simply walked away. He never apologised for his extremely aggressive behaviour. Waitrose seems to think it can treat its customers as criminals.There were no high price items in the shopping apart from two pork loins at £13.50 and £11.00. Perhaps he thought we were trying to stealing the carrots!NEVER USE THE SELF CHECKOUT SYSTEM IF YOU WANT TO AVOID SUCH ABUSE!!!!We have never been subject to such treatment anywhere in the world.We will never shop there again.

The store is fine, the problem is the aggressive, arrogant clientele, wealthy area, wealthy customers. First time we used the store a couple of young women with public school accents rammed us with their trolley because we were in their way, this week a customer threatened us at the roundabout because we were in his way. My advice... stay away, it's not worth it, use the Alcester branch, the locals don't have mental health issues.

Even taking into account things on special offer, this is still more expensive than any other supermarket. I looked online for 10 things I wanted to buy in store. Only 2 items were in stock or available. Checkouts were busy. Tried to use self service but can't pay with cash. A helpful, friendly young man opened a checkout for me. Staff are good. Prices are expensive. Availability not great. Limited choice of products compared to Morrison's or Tesco.

Decent size store. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Great produce as usual that you can expect from any Waitrose stores. They do great authentic tasting Indian ready meals. Particularly liked the Waitrose kerelan inspired chicken 65. Used to be reasonably priced but now they have increased the prices.Plenty of parking including electric cars charging points. Theres one pharmacy nearby as well.
