Q-Park John Lewis

A big thank you to Danielle who kindly sorted me out today when I lost my Daily Value card. She was a great help and managed to secure me a replacement really quickly and easily. Thank you so much Danielle.

Peter and Terry at Q Park John Lewis were brilliant. I could not find my way out of the car park and Peter came to the rescue. Further, all the technology was down and they were helping everyone with manual tickets to enable us to get out of the car park. I unfortunately lost my phone too. I phoned Q park who put me through to Peter. Peter was on another site and walked all the way back to John Lewis car park to look for it, found it, called me and waited for me to return to the car park to collect it. It is so inconvenient losing a phone and i was so grateful. I offered them money to buy a drink and they refused. They went out of their way to help me and other people. So the least I could do to say thank you to Peter and Terry is to write this review. Thank you Peter and Terry from Sue.

Not many spaces, not very convenient either unless you are going to John Lewis, better to park in liverpool one.

This is my 2nd use of a Q-Park car park so knew what to expect. My 1st was Q-park Jamaica Street, Glasgow which I did a brief review of. It was Tues 14th Aug travelling from Leeds, and was aiming for the Q-Park Liverpool One, but was in the wrong lane, so went for John Lewis instead.It is excellently sited for the city, and easy for access arriving or departing. I'm not one that has to park on the first floor, or the first space I find so headed upwards. It was very busy even up to the 3rd level, however it was easy to find a suitable space. I do seem to remember that the spaces were a little more roomy at the Glasgow site. Even parking a smaller BMW seemed a little tight, even when being choosey as to which space to take.I have no quibbles about the higher prices as the car parks are in excellent locations, with reasonable spaces which do not require one to climb out of the window instead of opening the door. The parks seem safe, and secure with access to the parks, being limited to users only.Again, I would not question using Q-Park again and thank them for their contribution to a pleasant day in Liverpool. Thank youI see comments about the pricing and how costly it is. I would like to add something about their pricing. Yes Q-Parks are more costly to use. It cost me £20. I'm not here to defend Q-Parks. We all wish for cheaper car parking, but some say rip off. On the other hand, how much do you value your car? How much would you enjoy using public transport should your car be damaged parked somewhere less secure, but cheaper, and be off the road for repairs, or not there at all when you return? I had that in a Leeds car park and it isn't funny. Yes costly, but conveniently located and seemingly secure. I'll pay for security anyday. Check the price before you park is my recommendation.

Decent multistorey car park with a huge number of spaces slap bang in the centre of the city. The only thing I'd say could be improved is the signage for pedestrians trying to exit the car park as I went the wrong way on the first attempt to exit, only making it out thanks to the help of a car wash worker.

Easy to find from the street but not if you're trying to leave the store. It's as if they don't want you to leave.
