Randhanu Toy poodles

We got our little toy poodle from Charlene in March 2022.Initially, when we enquired about getting a new puppy, Charlene wanted a video call to ensure he was going to a good home and provided answers to all our queries.Once we decided to go ahead, Charlene kept us posted on the pups development via pictures, videos and FaceTime.She was really helpful throughout the whole process, especially as we were first time puppy owners. She even offers after on going support, which was very helpful.She ensured our pup was appropriately vaccinated, wormed and flea protected and microchipped. Even offered to keep our pup for his second vaccination, if we wanted.When we picked our pup up, Charlene was more than prepared. She provided all the necessary documentation, toys, harness, treats, food and even a customised bag for our puppy!Overall, Charlene was great throughout and our puppy is doing amazing!
