my uncle lived in this home .He never had children of his own.I was his niece and he did not want me to get involved in his care .He said the staff at the home is his only family.When he died the Manager and her team were the only ones present at the funeral and they gave him a lovely send off .Hats off to this lovely team

Just sat in Whipps hospital opposite an elderly lady, most of the carers you see in hospitals are on their phones or chatting to other people. This carerer couldn't do more for the elderly woman and they're chatting away. So nice to see carers that care so much!!

Gracewell couldn’t cope with my gentle husband who exhibits normal symptoms of dementia. He was effectively thrown out and dispatched by ambulance to hospital without an incident report which is not normal practice. My lawyer queried this and we received a poorly written email which again had no details of his behaviour. He has been perfectly behaved in hospital and in the subsequent care home. Extremely disappointed with Gracewell of Chingford.
