Holy Trinity, Scoulton

Nice church with an interesting square tower with an octagonal top. The nave roof is still made of thatch.The inside is a little plain but has some unusual features such as a small door/covered window into the chancel. There is also an unusual alcove behind the organ with five holes in the base.When we went they also had some very interesting local history boards at the back of the church highlighting Stone Age, Bronze Age, Roman, Saxon and Viking finds in the area.
