Went to this dealership about 3 months or so ago. A very nice fella, not pushy, really informative, honest about the vehicles and happy to provide a depth of car knowledge. Rob dealt with us from beginning to end. All genuine and honest feed back they gave us when interested in one of the cars for sale. Went on to purchase a Vauxhall Insignia. Excellent condition. Would highly recommend you to take a look.5 stars all the way.

I was looking for a small reliable car but couldn't find anything I liked online . My mate took me for a drive and we saw this used dealership. All the variety was there and I saw my car straightaway. No pushy salesman or else I would have gone. This guy Rob only advised me when I looked to buy it. He is layed back with sales as the cars sell themselves. All in all I got a great little car and he looked after me . Go to this place if you want a deal. You can't go wrong. Nice people and very good cars. Excellent service.

I bought a used car from here a few months ago, it has driven perfectly ever since. Then last week, I felt the tracking being a bit off and making a noise when cornering. I took it into Rob who immediately stopped what he was doing, looked at the car and fixed it on the spot.A great service even after buying the car, I wouldn't deal with anyone else but Rob and Autohub when buying a used car now!

Bought an Audi A3 from here, broke down a month later, £300 to fix. The issue would have been known about had the garage drove it for about 20 mins. Also cracked alloy, the dealership would definitely have been aware of this as they had had the car for over a month. Not mentioned when buying. I bought the car from a dealership as opposed to privately for the peace of mind that it would be in decent working condition but that was not the case. Do not buy a car from here unless you are prepared to spend half the cost of the car again on getting it fixed.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Rob and Adam were fantastic and not pushy at all! They allowed me to look over and test drive the car in my own time and once a deposit was paid, they insisted the car go on a full road test, any advisories on the mot were attended to and the car was fully serviced and valeted before pick up. They really went the extra mile eg. the tyres were worn and they could have easily replaced these with part worn tyres just to pass the mot but they insisted on putting on brand new tyres. In addition, they phoned me along the way just to keep me updated with where everything was up to. They even offered to give me a lift in, to pick the car up (I live 15 minutes away but still, I can't think of many places that would offer that!!). 3 month engine and gearbox warranty gives extra peace of mind as well, I would wholeheartedly recommend!!

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about this place. From first point of contact including every member of staff who have helped us have been fantastic to be fair. Polite, respectful, engaging, helpful, friendly & very welcoming. I will certainly be a return customer. I'm a single mum & it can be quite daunting searching & finding a good car but all the lads there have been really welcoming & friendly & really put me & my son at ease. All round great bunch of guys selling legit & honest great quality vehicles. Very happy girl right now!

Very happy female driver. I bought a Mazda 3 TS off this dealership last month and can't recommend them enough. Really helpful when I couldn't get down to see the car for a while and sent me a warts and all video. After putting a deposit down they got it MOTd and sorted the advisables that came up. Very helpful when I went to collect it and it was clean as a whistle despite the shocking weather the day beforeIt's a great drive and in great condition. I had to contact Adam this week about some paperwork and he was as helpful as always. It reminded me that I hadn't left a review which I feel bad about. Thanks again everyone at AutoHub Northwest.

Got a Audi A3 from Rob. I cant fault the customer service provided. Rob was genuine and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure my car was ready to be collected. Great Company and I would highly recommend to anybody. Lewis.
