We used this company to book our flights to America & Canada earlier in the year. Jo found us a really good deal which we were delighted with.As like most people, we have been unable to travel and I have to say, Nathalie has gone out of her way to ensure we got our money refunded once the BA flight was cancelled.We can't thank her enough and have no hesitation in recommending their services. We will definitely book with them again when we're finally allowed to travel.

Nathalie was amazing as always. It was our girls first holiday away on their own at 18 and one of the was stung by a jellyfish. She went way above and beyond, making them feel safe and secure, extending the room for them whilst she got medical.attention and managing a panicking UK mum.

Absolutely recommend!! I booked a number of large holidays with Nathalie , but unfortunately due to Covid couldn’t go ahead. Nathalie went out of her way to sort the refunds, which I got back quicker than expected. It completely shows that I made the right choice when booking with Holidays by Design and Nathalie - as you have been fabulous!!

Nathalie was fantastic at sorting a holiday to Thailand and Dubai for myself and my partner. Nathalie was amazing! As a solo traveller, I was a little nervous about booking for myself but within 24 hours of contacting Nathalie she had found me a perfect my holiday, reasonably priced and cheaper than I had found it online which included my transfer and baggage. Highly recommended and will definitely be contacting her again when we go away later in the year. Thank you :)
