This Vape shop is the best one in the whole of the Midlands! I have been a member since this place opened and honestly I’ve never looked back! Amazing juices, Amazing range of kits to choose from, Amazing customer service the owner is an absolute legend and the shop itself is amazing! A very sociable place would 100% recommend for anybody who hasn’t been!

Excellent customer service with a smile!Callum, Sam and Shaun! What can I say?It don't matter if you ask 21 questions, need advice or need some help, these guys are stars! Not only do they listen and help but they actually care, something that is rare these days!!!Good old fashioned customer care with a welcoming vibe.Nothing seems too much trouble for them and they all go the extra mile!I had a vape kit which had a fault and they helped me, replaced it and set me back up to go again!!! No attitude just genuine help. Its so refreshing to go to a shop where staff actually want to help fix a problem with a smile!!!I can't praise the staff and the shop enough!This is my go to shop for all my vape needs!

I have been coming to this shop since it first opened and its just keeps getting better, great range of mods, juices, tanks and coils etc plus the staff are so friendly, and extremely helpful. There isn't a lot the owner Sam doesn't know about vapes etc and if he can help you he will, it's a very friendly, welcoming place it's more then just a shop.

Prices are keen and selection is vast. Do not expect any kind of customer satisfaction or engagement should you have a valid concern with any of the products they sell. They are quick to absolve all retailers responsility when faced with the reality of their inferior goods.Avoid at all costs, better off buying from Bilston market, at least they are honest about who they are.
