1st order of treated timber failed to get treated and delivered ....waited a week to be told there was a further delay of 3 days....2nd order, delivered wrong timber, damaged, untreated.Customer service is a joke.... the 'Manager' unavailable, no call backs, delivery promises broken ......

Used this branch for the first time today. All staff were super friendly. Brice on the desk was awesome. Very helpful. The warehouse was the tidiest and most organized warehouse I've seen. Great experience. Would recommend to others

Excellent carry to car service. Great source of fence mending supplies, other timber and tools. To find it more easily access via Kelvin Drive - putting Roebuck Way into car satnav won't work.

Absolutely blown away by the service we received.. this is NOT your typical Bigbox DIY store.Knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout.I encountered a major issue which led to me double paying VAT on my purchase, but one phone call and all resolved cheerfully and feeling like I wasn't a bother at all.. A company's reputation has to be based on how they deal with you when something goes wrong.. with these guys you just can't ask for more!!!Very impressed and know where I'll be going in future!

The team at Arnold Laver Milton Keynes sourced this beautiful Balau timber for us back in the summer. Although the product did require additional planing (Alex is all too familiar with our exacting standards :-) the price we paid reflected that and the finished product was perfect. Thank you, as always, for pulling out all the stops.
