This is about the 5th time we've used SRV to purchase the most beautiful tiles. They have such a fabulous range and Stuart is so helpful especially when you're a bit unsure of what to pick. The service is spot on....they deliver when they say they will and have been very reliable throughout.Customer service is 100% and Stuart always offers to help me to the car with my sample tiles. Fantastic range of tiles available and super helpful staff. They gave us lots of options are were so accommodating. They were really helpful getting additional boxes quickly when I hadn't ordered enough. When we opened one of the boxes the tiles had been damaged they swapped it quickly with no hesitation and couldn't do enough to help.

Excellent service from SRV tiles. Friendly approach from Stuart who's advice and knowledge was reassuring. Seamless service from point of ordering to fitting of the hallway tiles. Dean the tile fitter did a fantastic job of laying the hallway tiles. Overall we would highly recommend SRV tiles.

Great Service. Stewart and the team are extremly helpful and flexible. The store has a great choice of traditional and modern styles. If you can't find what you're looking for I'd urge you to speak to the staff as they have always seemed to put their hands on exactly what I was after. Competetive prices and high quality products.

Recently got some floor and wall tiles for my en-suite. The range of tiles they have on site are great! There are so many sizes and styles to choose from!I got some beautiful wall tiles that I’m over the moon with and we’re fairly priced.There are also many bulk clearance tiles at steal prices that you can take immediately. I got the last 3 square metres of a floor tile that should have cost me £110 anywhere else and I got the lot for £45!!The customer service is very good. I was welcomed upon entering and told if I need any help just ask. I was allowed to browse the store without feeling pressured by the staff. Other places you just can’t wait to get out of when you’re constantly followed around by staff.Stuart was friendly and really helpful. He was also patient with my questions. When my order was ready for delivery, I could only get it delivered on a Monday. Stuart couldn’t deliver during the day so he delivered after closing the store in his spare time. I felt really bad him doing this but he had no problem at all. Really top guy!!He was also very careful when unloading the tiles. Some other companies just can’t wait to unload and rush resulting in breakages.I cannot wait to get the tiles fitted!Overall excellent independent company and I will without a doubt use again!
