The staff at Captains Vape are patient, knowledgeable and helpful, helping to get me set up with my first re-usable vape and making recommendations in equipment and flavours. They have always been amazing everytime I have visited and would definitely recommend them!

I suffer with bad anxiety and I’ve always used disposable Vapes so had no idea what to ask for but went there today and the assistance was amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but made me feel very welcome. Sorted me out with a vape which was amazing and made me feel very welcome to come back if I had any problems definitely the place to go

Went in today with very little knowledge on vapes and what vape would suit me. I was served by Chris who was absolutely brilliant and took me through a set of vapes that fitted my needs. He was very polite and friendly and was easy to talk to even with me being clueless. So many different juices, flavours and just overall a calm vibe. If your new to vaping I really recommend this shop. Definitely will be returning.

Hands down, the best vape shop in Gloucestershire. Top of the range liquids, amazong customer service and overall a very good vibe. Lochy, Chris and Ben are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Extremely chill place, exactly how a vape shop should be.
