Bought a brand new mower off them 3 years ago for £3kHad it serviced with them a year later, they broke the steering, quoted for service prior to collecting it, then charged us more; clearly we had paid for the repair caused by their damage.When I originally bought the mower I paid an extra £40 for OKO tyre sealant. Tyres kept going down on the machine, so I took it to an agricultural centre, they took the tyres off and there was no sealant in the tyres at all.Just taken it for a service to a reputable business as would never go to Market Drayton Mowers again as they are shoddy and unprofessional.What a difference, brilliant service with the new company we are using and will be putting a 5* review for them. Incomparable.

Completely useless repair service. Had my mower for 9 weeks, and said they couldn't repair it, so it was sent to another dealership who fixed it in hrs. Steer well clear.

As a repeat customer I am staggered at the appalling lack of any credible customer service from this business. Ordered a new mower and have been repeatedly told they (Giles) will phone me back. The call never happened despite repeated calls and questions to them about alternative options. Have since bought else where with no problem at all. Avoiding this business is recommended.

Current owners of Honda 1211, serviced last year by Market Drayton at high cost nothing but trouble since, doubtful if it has run for an hour without breakdown. Husband is 78 and doesn't need the aggro, we needed a reliable mower. Market Drayton offered a trade in price against a new ride-on. After being let down on delivery dates and waiting for several days without contact and broken promises, when eventually they arrived with the new one, they expected the part -ex, that they had looked after, to be in perfect condition, completely ignoring our conversation and why I asked for the trade in, in the first place, and wanted to re-negotiate. Complete waste of everybody's time.. don't expect customer service of any sort from this company. Zero stars if possible.

No product for 3 months, then got a refund (after asking multiple times!). Horrendous service. Maybe cheap, but if you don't get your chainsaw for 3 months it's no good. Wouldn't call me back after I'd chase them for an update- useless and extremely rude. Still shows as in stock on the website too!!! Not worth the hassel, and I found the chainsaw cheaper elsewhere with free next day delivery!
