I would highly recommend Relph & Teesside Funeral Directors as their services have been exemplary.I was kept up-to-date with every step of my late husband's journey into their care and up-dated on a regular basis and with all aspects of the funeral service and what to expect on the day of his funeral service.On my behalf they arranged the flowers, organised the celebrant and sorted out the music and for this I cannot thank them enough.From day one all members staff have been courteous and very kind and considerate when speaking to me both on the telephone and in the office and I cannot praise them enough for all their care and attention.Thanks to Relph & Teesside Funeral Directors everything went smoothly on the day and once again I would highly recommend that you use their services

My Dad recently past away and after reading reviews I chose Relph &Teesside Funeral Directors. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who took my details and got a funeral director to call me back. Lisa booked me an appointment to see her that afternoon and even arranged so I could meet her at the Billingham branch and after 5pm.I arrived with a friend and Lisa made us a cup of tea before going through the details. It was a really straight forward process and Lisa made it as easy as possible. We discussed everything and I felt very confident that she would ensure everything would be done professionally and with the utmost respect for my Dad.There was a wait for the funeral but Lisa kept me updated with regular calls to go through everything and make sure that I was happy which was great service that I didn’t expect.I chose a humanist service as my dad was not religious and Lisa said that she would chose the right person to carry that out for me. I had a phone call and then a meeting with James Dooley who gathered the information in a kind, friendly manner.The day of the funeral was emotional but Lisa and her team did an incredible job. The service by James was far better than I could have ever anticipated, even family and friends commented afterwards that they though he knew my dad.The follow up after the funeral from Lisa again was second to none.I cannot thank Lisa and the team enough for making a very sad and emotional time as comfortable for me as possible but for also ensuring my dad had a perfect send off.

We are a family found that Relph funeral Directors both very helpful and courteous at all times, and that Amanda and her team very helpful at all stages , and James the minister, who took the service had Mum down to a T , We as a family would highly recommend Relph to anyone without hesitation . Ralph funeral directors have been fantastic to myself and my family after the loss of my much loved husband Steve. They showed sincerity and companion Chris and Christina went out there way to help in every way they could. I'd like to mention Gary groom also who led the service for us he was so caring kind and sincere and even gave me a beautiful memory gift in a box of the service one for myself and one each for my close family. Was a beautiful gesture. I've given Ralph 5 stars they deserve nothing less. Thank you to all.

I was very upset to have to organise a funeral for my husband but after speaking to adrian he was very helpful explained everything that would happen as we chose a direct cremation which I was unsure about but it was my husband's request and I didnt have to wait long for his ashes I received them 2 days later so many thanks to everyone involved.

I lived in North Ormesby for a time back in the early 70's. Each day on my way to and from school on Derwent Street I passed Relphs on Kings Road. Well used and respected by the people of Teesside they seemed the right choice especially when I discovered they had collected dad's body from home and left their card. How right I was. The whole process from first meeting to drop off after the funeral was handled perfectly and I can confirm that their reputation is well justified.

Joe Johnson was amazing when my dad died. He was professional yet personable and answered all questions we had about arranging the funeral and what was to occur on the actual day. He was very I helpful in regards to keeping things within our means yet always had our wishes at the forefront of his mind when discussing things. I would highly recommend both him and Relphs as a company if you were to find yourself in our situation

The staff at Relph's in Billingham were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention to Chris the Funeral Director & Christina in the office. They were very helpful & took whatever time was needed to help my Dad & offer him advice & assistance when he was obviously upset having lost his wife after 63years of marriage. Thankyou
