I do not have no experience with PowerWave in Beckenham but i live on the first floor above the gym. I can tell loud music and shouts disturb me. It’s like to be in the gym. I would like to spend my day off in peace at least.

Thoroughly recommend. Been a member for 2 years and it’s such a friendly place, suitable for all levels for fitness. All the coaches are knowledgeable and professional, members friendly. Amazing full body workouts in only 20 mins.

I absolutely love the classes at PowerWave Beckenham. The gym is immaculate, the staff are so friendly and there’s such a friendly environment in the classes themselves.Every workout is really varied and challenging, and you’re in and out in 30 minutes. Absolutely love it!
