We hired a 21 seater mini coach to get to Birmingham and had a great experience from getting a quote to making the booking. Our driver, Steve, was wonderful, very happy and chatty. He picked us up on time and we had a smooth journey there and back. We'll definitely book again next year. Thank you for a great service!

Trying to book return trip to and from Bristol airport. Contacted office who said I needed to book online. Went to online site and no way of booking. Tried to call, no answer. Tried to call office back, no answer. Unable to book taxi. Poor service.

Bob did our pickups both ways from Bristol to Heathrow. Got us there in great time and was very nice and very helpful!

Aggressive driver that does not know thw the rules of the road. Cuts corners unnecessarily, forces people to move out of his way even though its their priority, obscene hand gestures made and is very unobservant. Scary thing is he drives children. Have since seen him nearly cause an accident by swinging into a road too fast and ending up on the wrong side of the road. Made a complaint and heard nothing back. So all this tells me is that this company is happy for children to be driven by a man that has very poor driving skills and aggressive tendencies with road rage.Either that or they have zero customer service skills.

Extremely bad attitude. I only asked to book a taxi. If you don’t have any available the simple answer would be. “Sorry we haven’t got anything for the time you’ve requested”.But no all I got was “we ain’t got nothing” slams phone down.

I made arrangements with Eurotaxis a week ahead of time for transport from Cribbs Causeway area to a wedding venue close by. Upon booking I never received any confirmation but when calling a few days later I was reassured the booking was confirmed. On Tuesday at midday the driver arrived promptly and was very pleasant. There was no issue with this journey, apart from the illegal manoeuvre he made leaving our hotel, going the wrong way briefly on a stretch of road. Although he did not put us or anyone else in danger he is being paid to drive for a living and should not be doing this. Otherwise he was pleasant and safe. Later on in the day I noticed I'd been called three times by a Bristol number and received an odd text message with only a full stop in it. I did not receive any voicemails and called back and realised it was Eurotaxis. They said they could not fulfil our return journey that night at 11.30 PM. The person who informed me was very dismissive despite me explaining I'd booked a week in advance and reconfirmed the booking a few days before. The driver earlier had also not informed us about any potential problems. The company did not care to recommend any other companies we could book with. They didn't seem to care we'd be left stranded late at night. The man claimed he couldn't leave me a voicemail also and seemed annoyed he'd had to call me so many times. I was at a wedding and not looking at my phone for obvious reasons. My phone is able to accept voicemails so the issue must have been on their end. I would avoid Eurotaxis.

Been using Eurotaxis for over a year, in particular Bob for my Heathrow airport runs, who has always been punctual, friendly and very helpful.

Eurocoaches were a fantastic help for our daughter's 21st birthday. Really easy to organise the date, super flexible on making later changes and great prices! Their driver Craig was great at keeping in touch and super kind to help drop off everyone safely at their hotels. Use this firm, they are great !
