Last week a set of chair legs were set to my Drs, instead of Amazon. He decided he liked his label better than mine and relabeled parcel. This week I get postperson ring door bell just to hand me a letter that could have gone through letterbox. What is wrong with these people!

Just adjusted your opening hours on Google. Because I took an hour off work to get here on a Thursday to collect the parcel you lot were supposed to deliver to the Post Office branch in Mengham like I requested via the rebooking procedure - only to find that - unlike the opening times on Google that stated you were open until 4pm today - you were in fact closed as of 10am.Can't rebook my parcel, can't track exactly where it is, and have to wait until Saturday to go in because you're open from just 8am to 10am weekdays when the rest of us are in full time employment.Ridiculous.

Today I had letters posted through my letterbox for my next door neighbour. Mine were posted through my neighbour on the other side's letterbox which is worrying because they are on holiday for the next two weeks. It was just fortunate that they have a relative coming to check their house and found my post.

Only open from 8am to 10pm, when do you pick up your parcel if you work from 8 to 5, the only day I could pick up is Sunday, oh, but they're closed! Is it actually even worth opening the doors for two hours a day??

Failed to deliver next day delivery 3 times even with people home waiting. No apology, returned to Amazon as a mistake supposedly. More worried about striking than providing any kind of service.

I like this place as it's slightly on the quaint side, although modern enough for a mail sorting office, I've known this place for about 30 years, the building used to be the local Police Station for Hayling Island which since became defunct & relocated probably through lack of crime in this lovely, peaceful area !

Easy transaction. Gave info; received item. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I didn't receive a card through the door to notify me of missed delivery....i had to go back to supplier - last time I missed the item as only hold for 14 days and it was returned to sender ...never received item or money vack, so be mindful to check for outstanding items!
