If you think you need to have major issues to contact Jo, then think again. With just 1 zoom session I got some really practical tips on a couple of minor issues that were really getting me down. Jo is so approachable and funny, she didn’t make me feel like a bad mum, which I was really worried about before I called. I know she’s on hand if I need to come back at any time. I was always under the impression that you needed something big to contact someone for help. I spoke to Jo once and got some really helpful tips and I was starting to feel like a bad mum. Jo was recommended to me by the Head of Year at my son’s school. Thoroughly recommend her - she offers sound, common sense advice and her ideas are so easy to implement. I already feel like we are making progress at home and it is making the relationship between myself and my son so much nicer - there’s definitely less conflict and it’s much easier to manage his behaviour.
