Western Taxis

Would give 0 stars if I could. Pre-booked a taxi to take us to the bus station to get a coach down to London. Taxi was confirmed. They never turned up. Tried to call, the awful automated system told me they were looking for a driver. Tried to cancel, automated system wouldn't allow it, it tried to transfer me to a real person, no one would answer the phone. Use Albatross instead!

Overcharged for no reason, complained about it and didn't get any feedback. The drivers' hygiene is questionable

I booked a taxi and they didn't turn up then claimed they had no knowledge of the booking two hours later

Pre booked a taxi for an interview, the phonecall computer lady thing was extremely abrupt but I thought that's the way it is, when waiting for said taxi no one arrived and I had to call the computer lady again and she said there are no available drivers, so maybe don't say its pre booked??? Thank god albatross was on it and I arrived on time but it's just so vague the westerns system, even when I WhatsApp if everything was in place there was no response andstill anxiety on my end, really not good.

Very fast service, had not long phoned for the taxi and it was there to pick us up, driver was very polite. Car was very clean and had a lovely scent in it. Could not fault the company.

Don't use this company, They're the biggest load of shambles ever. I booked a taxi for an older gentleman that had his phone stolen. The gentleman walked past me while I was at work after just arriving back from the Philippines, I explained to the taxi company that this man was outside in the cold with no phone waiting for this taxi and they decided to just cancel the booking even while knowing this man had no way of knowing what was going on all because they didn't ask for the drop off point. After explaining the situation and even offering to out my card on the system incase of any fees they shown how inhumane they really are and weren't even sorry about cancelling they just said why would our drivers want to risk this. I hope this business will go bankrupt because they don't deserve the customers and income with their despicable actions.

Really pleased with the service, it's the first time we have used western cars, Very easy to book, lots of updates and info even the colour, make and model of car coming to collect you.. faultless.. thank you.

Excellent taxi service from Derby railway station. Arrived within minutes and details of my previous journey stored on the system so the driver knew where I eas going. Very friendly driver who made the journey interesting as we chatted all the way to my home.

Anytime I tried to call they kept hanging up. Wouldn’t waste my time booking a taxi as they are unfriendly and unprofessional.
