I always feel comfortable going to the lydney practice and the dentist Sarah turner always explains well about my treatment and my teeth and gum health to and always puts me at ease to. When ever I've had to cancel and re book an appointment they have always been really good to and I've always found all the staff very helpful and friendly to.

My treatment afforded by yourselves has been first class and the care given by my dentist Sarah Turner and her assistant Charlotte has always been exemplary and efficient, with a caring manner and professionalism, taking pride in their work and providing reassurance during procedures.Thank you so much for all the work you have carried out for me.From a very satisfied client, Brian Morgan

Really great. Started with a warm greeting at reception, followed by excellent treatment and full explanations with Mr Zimmerman and his nurse and finally a return checkup visit booked by reception.THANK YOU!!!

I was struggling with really bad tooth ache, pain killers wasn’t touching it and I was in a bad way, I spent a week trying to get in a dentist which the appointments was for a week later, finally contacted these guys and they fitted me in straight away as they had a slot luckily , the service was amazing and right from the reception to me having my tooth out was very professional and made me feel at ease! I can’t thank them enough

I’ve been dealing with Mr Julian Zimmermann for the last few months. Having my teeth whitened and composite bonding done. I am over the moon with the results. He was very good at communicating the procedure step by step and made me feel so comfortable and reassured through my journey, and such a lovely gent too!! Couldn’t recommend any more!! And of course the front of house staff and dental nurses were as lovely as always too!!

Called this morning to get an emergency appointment and got given one within the next hour.Sarah and Laura were fantastic and explained things clearly. They let me know what my options were in regards to treatment and explained everything they were going to do.They put me totally at ease.The receptionist staff were also absolutely brilliant!

Could not have been happier at the dentist than I was today. Diana was exceptionally sympathetic to the battering my teeth received through pregnancy and breastfeeding. She examined thoroughly, explained clearly, took x-rays, and gave great advice. She and Molly cleaned up staining and offered useful info on how to keep my cavities from developing further and told me to call if I decide I want the larger superficial one filled. Molly wrote down some handy info for me too and they were just a fabulous couple of ladies doing a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gave superb customer service.

I can honestly say after over 10 years of hiding my smile and avoiding photographs that Sarah at this practice went way above my expectations and gave me my smile back. The veeners she and her assistants fitted have given me the confidence I forgot I could even feel. As far as the work itself, shes very patient and skilled with anesthetics, could barely feel any of it. Anybody with any fear of dentist work should ask for her if possible as I know she will do for you what they did for me.Cant give 10 stars or I would.

I’m appalled by the standards of the receptionist staff at this practice. I called yesterday to arrange an appointment and was told I would need to call back on the morning to arrange a same day emergency appointment. Was able to arrange for the day off work to sort this out. I rang through to the practice from the minute they opened at 09:00 and when I finally had the call answered at 09:20 was told I couldn’t have an emergency appointment today as that were now all gone and should of rang earlier!!! (If that was even possible). I explained how I’m a nurse working in a hospital and it is extremely difficult to get time off work like this for appointments and was told I’d be able to get an emergency appointment today if I rang in the morning which is why I took the day off. All the reply I was getting was “shall I book you in for 12:30 tomorrow then” after repetitively telling her I cannot get any more time off work. I felt extremely I listened too and uncared for. I have now took a unpaid day off work and have got no further forward. The emergency appointment booking process needs to be rethought or maybe staff retrained in how they talk to the patients and do their jobs by finding a resolution for a problem caused unnecessarily. Very unprofessional and feel letdown by the service.
