I booked this deal for my mother as a Mothers Day Gift. I am a student therefore the price seemed good.Being a male and I know little about female hair stylist but thought as this place is based in the lovely town of Harrogate we could probably have a nice day out in Harrogate after my mother had her hair done.Unfortunately this did not go to plan. We arrived at Fusion Hair Designs, the shop had a very bad odour of cigarettes, we were early for our appointment and decided to go and sit in the car.At this point due to my mother suffering from Asthma and recovering from a recent chest infection we decided not to go back into Fusion Hair DesignsAnd cancel out appointment.We contacted Groupon and were fully refunded our payment.An hour later we were contacted by a female from Fusion Hair Stylist and we informed her we have cancelled our appointment.The call was dropped and a male staff member call Luke called us back. Luke had a very loud aggressive tone, verbally abusive and spoke in a very unprofessional manner to my mother who answered the phone. My mother tried to reiterate we have cancelled the appointment and reminded Luke several times of his abusive tone.We have furthermore reported this merchandise and Groupon are looking into this.The deal may sound exciting but the staff have poor communication skill no customer service manner.I would not recommend this merchandise at all.

Luke is a fantastic hair dresser, very attentive and always gives me a great colour and cut. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the pricing is affordable.
