Left due to lack of available vets, short opening hours and having to travel around Maidstone and Cranbrook to see any vets, no ideal when you have a poorly pet

Excellent serviceOn every visit I have made all the staff have been very friendly and extremely helpful and I feel confident my dog Lily is in very good hands. I am more than happy with the vets and they provide an excellent service.

My cat and I was well received and got an appointment just 45 minutes after my phone call. Both the Nurse and the Vet was very friendly and welcoming.The Vet took his time to explain the lab test and answered all my questions willingly and patiently.I only wish that the Vet we saw yesterday was a permanent member of staff and not temporary called in for a few months.I can strongly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

I was extremely pleased with the service I got from all members of staff. They took costs into consideration as well as my pets needs. Very friendly, polite and clear on instructions for my pets medication. All in all, it's a very pleasant place. Thank you very much!
