Went to Lookers Chester to view cars my daughter had seen online. We met Neil, one of the sales advisors, who showed us the cars she'd seen. Found him to be a very knowledgeable person with regards to the cars we saw and was impressed by his personable, friendly manner.Went away with a good impression of the company and its staff.Returned again a few days later after my daughter had again spoken to Neil to complete the purchase of one of cars.This is the second car my daughter has bought from the company and possibly not the last.

Amazing customer service from every person I spoke to, the team were really helpful. I popped just to have a look around and first and spoke to Dan and Carys, both very knowledgeable and really helpful. I returned on Saturday for a test drive and Drew helped me and kindly spoke me through everything I needed to know. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with everything and answer all of my questions. Very patient with me when I asked how the wipers worked for about the 100th time, which I really appreciated. I picked up my car this evening and I’m very pleased and feel confident because everything was explained to me so thoroughly and clearly.Thank you to the whole team, I will definitely return when it’s time for a new car.

Amazing service from Neil. He was great showing me around the car, talked me through everything and was so reassuring when answering any questions I had. When I decided I wanted it I could only come back on a Saturday to pick up and he wasn’t working but he came in on his day off to let me test drive properly and take it home. Incredible service, can’t fault! Very grateful I had him as the advisor.

I was looking for a new car pretty urgently when I came across the brand new Renault Clio online. I contacted Nissan Chester to book a test drive and got one on the same day! I was welcomed by a lovely salesman Drew Parker who was absolutely amazing. He was so honest and helpful with every bit of information he gave to me and I’ve walked away with a lovely new car! Couldn’t recommend him enough! Throughout the whole of the sale he was very positive and patient. Whilst waiting for my car to arrive he replied to all of my queries via email very quickly and gave me the reassurance I needed. As well as help me change the colour last minute! Top sales man! Thank you for all your help!

Called in for a service. Currently undergoing building work due to a flood so premises not the norm but that can’t be helped.Customer service was better on the way out from Natalie who was cheerful and friendly. Car service was good and the video was really helpful. Car clean was pretty basic and there was lots of bits missed which was a shame

Just purchased a car from Jason Quirk at Lookers. He was friendly helpful and very attentive. Very smooth process, especially as I bought the car remotely. Jason send over a video of the vehicle and dealt with every aspect very professionally.
