I have had an incredibly positive experience at proactive. I have been suffering with chronic pain since having a car accident a few years ago. Imogen and Mike have really helped to improve my physical capabilities Thank you very much .

Arrived at Proactive with lower back pain. Three sessions of treatment and I am now pain free, thanks to Immy and Dave. Aftercare was great with an online portal detailing exercises to do at home. Easy to use and follow.

Dave is great! I came in with a very sore back and struggling to move and after a few sessions, Dave worked his magic and my back is feeling the best it has done in years. Would definitely recommend.

I had my first appointment with Imogen today and I am really pleased with the treatment I received! Not only was the deep tissue massage really effective her advice and on how to train without causing further damage was extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to the next appointment and getting back to full fitness.

I have had pain in my back for a while now, I went to see Dave to see what I could do to relieve this. He done some treatment and I am very very pleased afterwards. I am now pain free:) would highly recommend

Dave is a miracle worker. Fixed a stubborn ankle issue that was causing many years of pain, in just two sessions. Also treats my back as needed and I feel instant relief. Worth every penny.
