Sadly this company needs to be avoided at all costs. They were incredibly unprofessional through the process and we found their pricing to be purposefully misleading. The company we initially made payments to went into liquidation, which further muddied the water on pricing. I would strongly advise buying your spa elsewhere.

Fantastic service from professional, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I had a problem with my initial pool supplier and Spa Design and Build picked up the pieces and were very reassuring. I wish I’d asked them to do the entire project from the beginning….. but will always use & recommend them now.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Mark Wilson for his help. I have a problem knowing how to operate a particular hot tub that I have inherited. He identified a operators manual that I hope will help me and gave me some general advice.
