We recently purchased a new car from Allen Ford Gillingham, Joe was the person that took on our enquiry and we couldn't have been happier with his service.Joe was spot on with his communication and went out of his way to get everything sorted for us even though I couldn't physically be there in person. I was unable to get the brand new Ford I wanted from my local dealer, so I rang SMC. Although they did not have the vehicle I initially enquired about, Gary took my details and was soon back on the phone with an offer of just the right car for me, a Ford Focus Titanium X in Magnetic Grey. After thrashing out a deal, which was better than I was able to get locally, it turns out that he could deliver it for free. The current zero percent PCP deal from Ford was a big incentive.The car was delivered just one day over 2 weeks from ordering it, which is amazing for a brand new car.Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Gary at SMC Gillingham. He was very straight forward to deal with, not pushy, always honest and called me back exactly when he said he would. Everything was explained clearly and even when Gary wasn't around, he gave me a colleague's details, Aaron, who help move things along. Buying a car 'remotely' was nowhere near as stressful as I feared.I've got the car now and it is just what I hoped for, I love it. But then it is my 6th Focus and 10th Ford. All being well I can easily see me buying another car from SMC.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was quoted for work I didn't need by another garage. Rang Sophie at SMC and she booked me in. Saw the car immediately and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. The service manager Chris was very helpful and the technician came out and discussed my worries with the car so I had peace of mind. Cannot fault their efforts! Thank you.

Went alone to buy a car. Found the experience overwhelming due to sales tactics as the sales team wanted to make their profits. I was well aware that the car was overpriced but felt unable to negotiate the price during the process, which I tried my best to get through politely with the sale representatives. Nevertheless I am happy with the car.

Highly recommended, Excellent service from start to finish. Service reception staff were very friendly & helpful, service with a smile. As soon as I entered the service reception I was dealt with straight away in a professional manner. My car was treated with care when I handed it over. Throughout the service of my vehicle I was regularly kept up to date with what was happening. My vehicle was made ready for collection within the given time frame. I have to say this is the best Ford main dealership I have visited & will certainly return. 10/10 on all aspect, well done to all at SMC, Allen Motor Group Gillingham.
