From the very first contact with Huddersfield Audi, phone & reception to sales & service, the staff have all been excellent.A very special mention for Jemma Walker when I bought my car & then Chloe Wainwright who kept me well informed of progress when it had to have a water ingress sorted & the amplifier replaced. They were both extremely professional, courteous, friendly & helpful. Absolute assets to the company.We have been in many car showrooms over the years & Huddersfield Audi are head & shoulders above the rest.My thanks also to Daniel, Elliott & all the staff for treating us so well & providing the tea & biscuits!It was well worth a 61 mile journey to buy the car & I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Took my Audi Q5 in for its routine service and I have to say, the service and the level of detail from start to finish was faultless. I was greeted when I came in, sat down and went through the service to be actioned, updated via the app how my car was progressing, was sent a video link of underneath my car, brake and tyre checks and a call back of what I needed doing on the car.Would recommend.

My brother and I walked in without any appointment to have a look at a TTRS and the 4 R8s in stock. We were looked after by the friendliest of staff you could ask for and special shout out to George who’s knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand sold it for us before even looking at the car. The BM Oliver was also very welcoming when it came to our interaction with their R8 on display in the showroom and made the whole experience for my brother very professional, informative and welcoming. Would definitely travel back to this dealership for my own experience next time.

The previous day, we had been notified our cherished car had been written off due to theft. We walked into Audi Huddersfield, without appointment and greeted by Robbie who made the experience a delight. He was incredibly helpful and empathetic, about our situation, showing us multiple cars, organising a test drive on the spot. As a result we decided and bought it there and then, leaving with a huge smile on our faces. The post sales service Robbie provided was also perfect, fitting in with our need for a car rapidly and did not compromise on preparation as everything was immaculate. A superb experience.

Millie has been a credit to this branch throughout our experience, our A3 had broken down out of the blue with the vehicle being towed to the dealership that night. From the outset I had constant communication, was kept up to date with what they were going to do with my car and to top it off they ensured my car's petrol tank was topped back up to factor in the mileage covered as part of test driving.Millie and Huddersfield Audi ensured I received the best service possible. She went above and beyond to resolve a recent issue we had with our SQ5 after it was serviced by a local garage causing a fault they couldn’t sort out! Just wanted to say a massive thanks for fixing the faults on my Audi A1, early days but so far the software fixes appear to have worked. Amelia Gledhill in servicing was super helpful and friendly and I'm really grateful for her advice, also thanks to Joseph Lodge for working on the car. I was quite apprehensive bringing the car back to Audi after the bad experience we had purchasing it from Sheffield Audi however the experience at Huddersfield Audi was completely different - Sheffield Audi could learn a lot from you guys!
