Very professional. Offered tea and coffee on arrival. The uniform is nice especially how it matches their towels. Really nice salon layout. I had acrylics done and not once did they catch my skin. It is a little more expensive but I would rather go here. They also have a loyalty card. Really good experience will be back!

Beautiful fresh looking nail salon. However bad quality of gels. I paid £10 extra for the Strengthening gel, which they said would last longer. It’s been less then a week and my nails are chipped and the gels are peeling off.

No attention to detail - Got my acrylics taken off and asked for gels, they hadn’t soaked all of acrylic off, they then put gels on top! Nails are in bits and so un even. She smudged my nails whilst applying the gel, once they dried I asked if she could clean it up.. she then had the cheek to say if you wash them the residue will come off! Who pays for a smudged nail finish pls? Shocking!

Not the best and not the worst. I wouldn’t recommend them. My gel came of after 3 days but refused to go back as looks like their product quality is very poor.

Sadly not a great experience had nails done was there for a long time so thought I would be offered a drink, sadly wasn’t offered a drink was very thirsty, the person who was doing my nails hurt me quite a few times, also I am disabled and my hands and fingers can become stiff and not easily flexible, the staff member doing my nails was extremely rude regarding this matter, I was really upset about being hurt as my conditions already cause me pain. Also couldn’t believe that I sat all the way through the horrific/horrible experience, I had to as I needed what was started finished before anyone says why didn’t I get up and leave, getting your nails done is meant to be a nice happy pleasurable experience not this time. But the things I found insulting was the team members knew I got hurt a lot of times and didn’t even offer a discount at time of payment which would have been appreciated, also the non acceptance of my hands and fingers being stiff, but even worse is the fact the nail polish hasn’t lasted, nor has the set of nails my daughter had done at the same time so sadly avoid this place if you want decent nails and a pleasant experience!! The two stars is for positioning within Bishop’s Stortford and the decor and the fact my daughter and I was seated together and seen together beyond that a very below par experience!!

Really impressed!My first time using boss nails for gels, was abit unsure before going, but as soon as I walked in I was made to feel Welcome, the man that did my nails was so kind, and very good and really paid attention to detail, would 100% recommend!!

JENNY IS AMAZING. I never go anywhere else. Best nails I’ve had in 10 years. She’s so funny, sweet and does a full amazing set of acrylics in an hour. A French tip takes her ten seconds! What a star

Have visited a few times for a manicure and pedicure. Always great service, and very happy with how my nails look! It is busy though, so if you walk in you will need to wait, but it’s easy to book online the day before to avoid this.

The salon was beautiful, modern and clean. I had infills on my finger nails and gels on my toenails. Whilst I had my toenails done I had a back massage from a massage chair. The staff were welcoming although spoke amongst the other staff members rather than their customers.I chose a nail art design and showed a reference photo however it looks nothing alike. I would have preferred it if they had said they couldn’t do it and just done a plain colour. I felt too anxious to say anything since the nail technician spent so long doing them. The paint work is lumpy in some places and looks messy. My toenails were filed after being painted and so the technician chipped some paint on one of my toenails. I’m booked in elsewhere to fix them.
