Great shop. Good location with loads of nearby free parking. Well stocked. Clean. Professional staff who are always happy to help and know what they're talking about. A lovely woman on the tills (she is there on Thursdays), who is an asset to the company. I highly recommend this branch of M&S Simply Food.

Our local M&S probably stays open just for my wife judging by the amount of M&S produce in our fridge. You can also order on line and have items delivered here for you to collect when convenient. Has a good selection for a local shop and we usually find everything we need. Has a useful florist where you can buy plants and bouquets or order for delivery. Wine and drinks selection good but my favourite is the foreign food ingredients selection. This shop should have all you require for any meal.

I did my shopping at M&S lower Earley today, I packed everything and I was ready to pay but both my cards were declined. I then realised that I had cancelled them, and I had no other formOf Payment either.The manager Neeru Quickly came to help, she asked me to park my trolley to the side and offered me help.

I went in at 7.50pm and there was other customers still shopping in there. I was choosing my bread and a very rude member of staff got in my face and told me the store was closed and that I need to leave now. I was taken quite back by this as I say there was other customers still in there. She was working on the bread/cake section (not sure if she worked there directly or if she worked in all the store.)When I went to the till, the other members of staff was very polite to me. Just one member of rude staff ruined it for me.

Friendly, helpful staff. Food quality is good but more for those who prefer ready meals or partially prepared or other convenience food, and is relatively expensive. So an occasional place to visit for me personally as it has a very limited number of items I would purchase. Shelves are nowadays usually well stocked even in the evening. I avoided it for years as it used to run out of stock at about 4pm during the first few years it was open.Carpark is poorly designed, with the access road being far too narrow, so it is best avoided at peak times if you value your car.

Good choice of groceries, in a stuffy ambience, too much mind on strictly enforcing closing time, at expense of guest experience. Staff can be menacing, most of all when closing. The Marks & Spencer policy on closing is hostile & it alienates customers.

Decent sized food hall located in Lower Earley on opposite side of road to Asda. Car parking is limited and tight. Might better to park at Chalfont Pavilion car park and walk. They have new self service tills which where problematic when we visited. This store also takes crinkly plastic. This is a container at back of self storage area.

It’s M&S. It’s M&S food. It’s quality. This is a cool little bastion of quality food on a small retail park. Good selection. Easy shop. Fast moving check out. I bagged some salmon, beef burgers and an orchid terrarium (how can you not like that little puppy?)
