19th December I went here with my partner to by some perfume however if you want good customer service I would not recommend this branch the 2 staff members were the most rude and disinterested shop worker's I have ever come across avoid this branch

Woman with dark Auburn was very unhelpful and quite rude. Asked for help choosing my friend a present and she just pointed to the front of the shop and nothing was labelled up. She was too busy having a conversation with someone else about something completely non perfume related. I left in frustration but ended up going back rather than going to Hanley and the other lady (dark hair) was different again! Really polite and helpful and made recommendations and I left with what I went for and more. The other lady is seriously in the wrong job and has no people skills what so ever!!

Visited for gift shopping on 1/1/23.The shop assistant should either be home or in another job. There weren't any other customers at that time.Rude, unprofessional and complete lack of social skills.Lied about not having a tester for a gift set. When I pointed it out, she faked being unaware of when it got there. Then she supplied a same price for different Marc Jacobs gift sets. I even asked her if it was her first day at this job.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service. Went to buy gifts of 3 different perfumes, asked the price of 1 which was more expensive than other retailers, just about to ask about another perfume when the so called assistant walked off, saying ok. As I walked away she then, in front of other customers, laughed, and discussed what she had said with a colleague. She not only lost a big sale, but also my custom. Disgraceful, she also told my 14 year old granddaughter to grow up, why ?? I have no idea.

Very unhappy. I visited the store today to smell a few different aftershaves with the hope of purchasing something different for my partner,however the lady working made me feel very uncomfotable when asking to smell different ones. I felt as though i was an inconvenience. When i did try some samples, she made a funny comment about how she didnt want the samples back and i was to put them into the bin on my way out, the way she said this was not in a very nice manner. I did not try many samples or purchase anything in the end as she made me feel very awkward so i left. My sister also felt the same.
