Took a brand new £450 Versace belt to fosse park branch as the belt was too large and asked them to cut the belt from the end and place new holesThe assistant said it was a better option to keep the belt holes as manufacturered and adjust the buckle section for a better finishI was horrified when I went to collect the belt as follows :1) there is glue splattered all over the reverse2) the stitching is completely unacceptable, when questioned the assistant said his “hand was shaking” when using the machine. Whilst I appreciate this he should not be doing this job if not competent or trained3) the stitching is in two colours, when questioned the assistant admitted he just “didn’t think” - thinking isn’t an optional choice but integral to any job!4) the design print is completely scratched, he again said it was his “fault” but there was nothing he can doI am completely disgusted by the lack of due care and attention I have received - this is a simple adjustment without any technical difficulties yet they have managed to ruin this beltSee pictures attached and under NO circumstances would I recommended using this branch

My phone screen went dead driving to work, as I require it to access my diary and it holds all my contacts I contacted Timpsons, Alan spent the best part of 40 minutes persisting with it and although it seemed like a lost cause made several calls to his support team and tried various fixes which got it to a stage whereby I could access my diary albeit not make calls which I was advised of prior. Lots of patience & professional demonstrated by Alan along with great attention to detail, Alan is an asset to the team at Timpsons and has been a life saver for me today by going out of his way to help me with my predicament - offered great advice too, thank you, Alan.

Quick service and a massive selection of keys: they were able to copy my 23 year-old ignition key when nobody else could.

Nice and convenient to have the Timpson within the Sainsbury's store. I have had my watch batteries changed here. You are given a ticket and then you can get on with your shopping and pick up your watches or shoe repairs at the end. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Car key and second half price. Friendly staff. But cause they don’t have driving licence had to go to car few times myself to get it copied. With little kids it’s not an option tbh. Would be happier if would know in advance
