Really helpful knowledgeable lady who had no qualms at responding to me at 2.30am after losing my keys on a night out. Arrived very quickly and gained access almost immediately. I have never needed a locksmith in my life, but with two parents suffering from dementia I have called on Kathryn three times over 9 months. I feel very lucky to have found my go to locksmith. She is totally reliable and trustworthy. You just know she gives an honest price for an honest day's work and is very friendly and good with my parents. She turns up quickly and gets it fixed, is very good at her trade. She came out today and wouldn't accept any money as it was such a minor thing that had gone wrong. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent service, arrived within a few hours and installed a brand new lock. Price was very reasonable and roughly half the amount I was quoted from a National locksmith firm. Cannot recommend highly enough!
