Vinyl nirvana, friendly staff. This store remains one of the best stores in Hanley always friendly and helpful, an amazing range of music of all tastes and genres. The store is also very supportive of local bands and venues. An absolute asset to the music scene in Stoke on Trent.

A varied selection of music (mostly pop, rock, metal, but also jazz, electronica, etc.) on CD and vinyl. Prices are alright and the staff is friendly. Some pretty rare bootlegs can be found here, as well.

I chanced on this fabulous independent music retailer. All genres of music CDs, Vinyl and DVDs - great second hand offer. Shop is immaculately run with some of the clearest and best labelled stock I’ve seen. Clean, light and airy - worth a visit if you’re anywhere near Stoke on Trent. A pleasure to shop there.

Staff are knowledgeable, approachable and always happy to help and advise. The shop is well stocked for a range of musical tastes and pockets. There is a vinyl section and there are second hand CD's and vinyls available. Record Store Day was very exciting with local musicians playing live during the afternoon.

Very well organised, nice selection of stock, friendly workers who are willing to chat and help you, basically everything you want in a record store. They also give you the disc at the counter, which is always a big plus so that nothing is stolen, and my cd was also in perfect condition, very reasonable prices to. Its not too overwhelming, just a nice cosy little store. I'll definitely be returning here, its nice to see that out of all the places shutting in hanley, the record stores are surviving.

I do feel that it's good that a shop that deals in specialist music rather than mainstream music is in stoke on trent but it's hard not to compare the shop to Lotus(which it was before) & Mike Lloyds.I do like the shop and for someone who has an acquired taste in music (such as myself),I do occasionally stumble on some real gems & the staff are extremely helpful and genuine!!!I do like the fact an independent retailer is keeping the sprit alive & supports local bands by selling their CDs, however I do think it would expand more deeper into the underground and cult scences, of the music world.But I do hope this shop is around for many years to come!!

Good selection of second hand albums. Bought a Heart album for my son but unfortunately was slightly warped and was unable to play first track on either side. No issues in getting money back. Son returned it with the receipt. Just unlucky this time as not had a problem before with any of the albums.
