Brilliant and very polite staff!! Nice clean good sized room, great bar and lounge area. Very tidy and clean appearance overall. The only reasons it doesn't hit 5 stars is my room had no wardrobe or anywhere at all to hang my clothes and the window was single glazed so lots of traffic noise. Don't let that put you off as this hotel is very good and extremely good for the area!

Well disappointed with here. They told us Breakfast was free then when we get there the day after we was asked to pay for Breakfast as we had a cooked breakfast thats what you have to pay for and we wasn't told that when we booked here . We was told we had to leave the room by 10.30. We left at 10.15 am we couldn't give them the Key as the pub was in darkness and the main door was locked so we ended up putting the keys through the letterbox .we'll Dissatisfied they should Stipulate what you have to pay for and what time you have to Leave the room as the sign in the room says different times to what we was told .

Really lovely place next to the river/canal. Staff are great, Maddi and the Latvian girl whose name I didn't catch.Would come again.

It's ok the rooms are clean but badly laid out some even have a separate toilet down the corridor. Breakfast is poor just basic continental, on my return I have been given a nice room , enjoyed my stay this time , still only continental breakfast but room was lovely

Amazing staff, unique place in Boston. Always tidy and with good atmosphere.We hade made a business party there few times, food was on top, music as well.

Think they should update website to say bar closed Sunday and no cooked breakfast at all mattress bit blood stained

Beautiful place to go for a quiet drink, alway warm inside and greeted with a warm smile to go with it. Beer always tastes fresh. Toilets always look and feel clean and the clientele is always friendly and engaging which results in the friendly relaxed experience.

The room was quite dated, with uneven floor, and extremely small bathroom. The room was called Deluxe, however it was on the 2nd floor, no lift, and very narrow stairs, so it was really difficult to get to the room with the luggage.The car park was very tight with limited number of spaces, so I needed to find the space on the street, in the hotel area.Breakfast was good, and staff nice and polite.

Best food in town for a take away restaurant quality . will definitely go again . amazing. If this is the quality of food as delivery can only imagine the quality of food in house.
