I recently had the pleasure of attending a Bolton Wanderers FC match at the University of Bolton Stadium. I was very impressed with the ground. It is a modern stadium with good facilities, including plenty of stewards and good views of the pitch all round.The stadium is located in Horwich, just outside of Bolton town centre. It is easily accessible by car, bus, or train. There is a large car park at the stadium, and there are also bus stops and a train station nearby.The stadium itself is very impressive. It has a capacity of 28,723, and it is well-designed. The stands are close to the pitch, which gives fans a great view of the action. There are also plenty of food and drink outlets at the stadium, so you won't go hungry or thirsty.The stewards at the stadium were very friendly and helpful. They were always on hand to answer questions and to help fans find their way around. I felt very safe at the stadium, and I knew that the stewards would be there to help if anything happened.Overall, I had a very positive experience at Bolton Wanderers FC. The ground was good, the stewards were helpful, and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend attending a match at the University of Bolton Stadium to anyone who is a fan of football.A great stadium to watch football at. First I visited the store a week ago to ask if I could pre-order the new away kit for my twelve year old grandson. I was told you can only pre-order online. I did so and returned to the store on his birthday to get his name applied as a birthday surprise. Whilst in the queue I overheard one of the assistants say it’s a two and a half hours wait for lettering.When I got to the tills, I was told there was no chance today. I was at the store for over 30 minutes and there had been no one printing shirt letters.However there were at least four assistants on the tills.I told them it was for Kaleb’s birthday.Quite frankly they didn’t give a toss.Extremely poor customer service indeed.

Visited the club shop this week. Not a great deal of stock for sale so a bit disappointing . I was looking for a birthday present for a relative. Was informed by the very pleasant male shop assistant that it will be probably be available when the new season starts. Fair enough. Noticed that they’ve now got that pesky parking company “Parking Eye” controlling the car parks and ready to fine you for whatever they can get away with. Next time I visit I’ll park on Middlebrook and walk to the club shop. Won’t be using the club car parks again with those vultures around!

What an amazing stadium and facilities, great atmosphere and staff..

My only criticism is that mobile and Internet connectivity leaves a lot to be desired! This was my first experience of the facilities for disabled supporters, and it was 100% positive. Very pleasant and helpful staff, plenty of accessible adapted facilities, easy access to all areas.

Regularly has new stock, greatly improved. Always worth a look before matches

What a club. Proud to be a Bolton Wanderers fan. The new owners have brought back the family feel to this club. Playing good football under Ian Evatt. Great cup win at Wembley last Sunday was the icing on the cake. We are the one and only Wanderers!!!

Had a great time visiting from Australia went to a match and Bolton won.
