The staff at WM Brokers went the extra mile for me with my escape of water claim. Initially the Insurer was saying the claim would be reduced substantially. However Karl examined the scope of cover offered and read the policy wording and challenged the Insurer who then reversed their initial stance and paid the claim in full.
