Be careful everyone if you are are renting the rug doctor carpet cleaner. I spent £63.97 for 24hrs which was included £10 deposit. Upon return Miranda said i didn’t clean the machine properly and she will not be giving me £10 deposit back. I told her I’m there domestic customer and not a professional cleaner. I’ve rinsed the white container thing and rinse the metal filter thing as I was advised. I was never told if there was a little water residue or a hair on the machine I would loose £10 deposit.Worst customer service ever. There should be option for zero stars.Not a happy customer. They definitely need to work on their customer service and not to be rude with customers.

went to the store yesterday, drove all the way there with roadworks traffic. wanted to purchase a pot of paint, when i requested the paint the store assistant told me they had it , but just because he couldn't be bothered to get it out for me, told me that he was not able to get it out for me. i was not happy at all very disappointed their lack of customer service, as i was a paying customer wanting to make a purchase and they were too lazy to do their job. Won't be shopping here anytime soon won't recommend it either . This is the Luton Enterprise way store. Had to put one star as it will not let me review without it.

Not as good as it used to be. Used to be able to get most things there, for DIY but now store half the size so limited selection.

Disappointed…even though on the furniture it says “Available to take home today” we have been told there’s none in stock. Happy to buy the one in the showroom at a discount, not possible. Told to drive to Milton Keynes. Another level of false advertising.

bought lavender here which is great, for some reason the bees dont like my lavender as much as other lavender i see, my wife says I dont have green fingers so its probably my fault
