Had HD brows done around Christmas time. The therapist was lovely and when booking in, everyone I had interactions with were great, however the brow treatment it self was not what I accepted. No mapping was done, very heavy with the pencil. Felt very amateurish. It was my first time so I thought maybe that how it goes. But recently got them done somewhere else and it was night and day. Loved my eyebrows afterwards and was exactly what I wanted

Another great treatment at Elysium Beauty Lounge this evening.Thrilled with my treatment and as normal the therapist was courteous and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending this Salon to anyone looking for excellent treatments carried out by conscientious and professional therapists.

The beauticians here are talented, professional and friendly. I have been made to feel comfortable and given good advise. I had a pedicure which is the best I have had and getting my brows done and having a great experience

I was not happy with my massage. Maybe it was due to my lack of communication or because the massage therapist did not understand that there is a difference between the pressure I find hard and what they find hard. We had to stop multiple times because I felt sharp pain and by the end of the appointment I was crying. I probably will return but won't use the same therapist
