John performed a power-flush due to poor radiator output, particularly one of the bedrooms, He was polite, punctual and hardworking. The power-flush has made a fantastic difference to the heating efficiency, and the bedroom radiator is now red hot. Thanks again.. I would thoroughly recommend.

My father had a new Baxi boiler fit today with John. I can only say what a polite, professional man he is. His work is exceptional and very reasonably priced. He takes you through everything after he’s fit the boiler on how to work it and ways on how to save energy. Myself and my father couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend John enough, will never use any other plumber again.

John came to replace my central heating/ hot water boiler. He arrived on time and replaced the boiler in less time than anticipated. On completion he explained the new controls and showed me how they worked. He also advised me about future services and registration details. He left everything neat and tidy when he finished. I would happily recommend him as a reliable plumber/ heating engineer.

Very pleased with the excellent service received from John, we emailed him details of a boiler issue late on Monday night and he was at our house with the issue resolved by Wednesday lunchtime. He also took the time to explain the problem and what he had done to fix it, and we won't hesitate to come back to him for a replacement boiler some time next year. Based on this experience we would highly recommend him.
