Shame you can only park for 6 hours before incurring a £100 parking charge (from a private company). Not a friendly experience if you are maybe there for an all day training session etc.

Excellent facilities available at the Hub in a bright and modern environment, just 10mins from Belfast City Centre. Great choice of private and open work spaces as well as a large meeting room with modern technology to support effective meetings. And the coffee is good too!!

We had a SENI team meeting here on 25.02.2023. Highly recommend the Business Pod and Hotdesking options for short, medium & longer term periods. In our element using the interactive screen. So handy for planning and visual note taking. Coffee on tap too!

I have delivered a number of marketing and customer service training workshops in person in the conference room at Mallusk Enterprise Park over the years and recently I have worked happily and productively in the new 2 person huddle rooms in the Mallusk Enterprise Hub. My trainees, mentees & I have found the space to be clean & professional looking, the WIFI & facilities excellent & the service friendly.Being so close to Belfast it really is a bonus, as a trainer, to have free car parking so close to the training venue - handy when having to carry in workshop materials.

Emma and her team are very forward looking and work tirelessly to maintain and improve the park for the benefits of the tenants, their staff and visitors. Loads of offices of various sizes and meeting rooms to rent. Often has training programmes on like email market and social media which are great. Sign up for their newsletter to sign to keep update to what’s happening. It’s a u shape complete which runs on a one way system and has parking at every office. Excellent location close to the motor way at Glengormley. You can hire rooms and there is a very friendly and helpful management team on site.
