I've been visiting this boatyard for some years now and it epitomizes the perfect family run business built upon creating quality products (if you can call wooden boats products), but successfully blending traditional craftsmanship with a modern world. They are truly masters of their craft and managing to keep the historic skills alive, which is so important today. It's always a good day when I visit Peter Freebody's boatyard...
