WORST COMPANY EVER FOR RETURNS! I've spent 19 days trying to get a return of an item. 4 times a courier was booked, 4 times they never turned up. Customer Services tried all sorts but to no avail.Head Office number is a joke as no choice to speak to anyone either. I don't have a printer or a smart phone so QR Codes are not possible to download and since they decided to go paperless, people like me are left in the lurch. I feel I have no choice but to post it to their head office address as I am at my wits end. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Spent a day more or less trying to get any ( HELP) none what so ever numerous amount of calls made with no end result. Back & forth talking to different people who Don,t seem to now there jobs how on earth they are employed I,ll never now. First time sent for three tops to big. All I have been trying to do was ARRANGE COLLECTION OF A PARCEL that I paid for in full & paid for delivery. And want REFUND of your GOODS. AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. But is this because they advertise the fact the your RETURNS ARE FREE . THIS MAY BE THE CASE WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET ANYBODY TO DEAL WITH ( RETURNS.)LOL NONE OF THEM WOULD EVER BE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH OR EVER RECEIVE A COMPANY BONUS. NOT IF I WERE CEO.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t bother wasting your money!!!! Absolutely shocking service!!!!!! I have received a faulty dress which I really need/want for a wedding coming up, now it is out of stock. I have tried contacting Yours Clothing twice and I just keep getting robotic messages saying the exact same thing to return it!! That’s not resolving my issue at all - THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK - I NEED THIS DRESS!!!! I’m now not getting any replies to my emails and I just went on their live chat which Chloe P just sent me a robotic message which I have already been sent, then closed the chat straight after!!! I’m not happy at all - I’m never shopping here ever again. They charge stupid money for there clothes and they’re absolutely appallingly made!!!

Only been working at Yours Clothing for 3 weeks, so far found a good friendly atmosphere and feel treated as a person and not a number...managers are all very professional and treat you with respect, mainly picking clothing and targets I feel are quite high but should be achievable over time, also have been trained in other areas as needed... Music played all day which is good, good canteen facilities with vending machines etc, overall I find it a great place to work

Always tipped and loaded on time. Big yard with lots of space. It’s second yard of yours clothing.

Patronising and you can't get past anyone but a useless prat.

Can't fault the company what so ever, made to feel welcome from day 1, Plenty of scope for development, communication about the business, and really appreciated as a colleague. The owner is a great role model, always going out his way to communicate with everyone. Duty managers are an asset to the business. A few regrets myself in taking on a different role, but anyone on the fence of considering employment, highly recommend.

During my brief tenure of three weeks at this company, I was exposed to a multitude of practices that have led me to question its ethical operations and management systems. It is with a heavy heart that I pen down this review, with the hope that it serves as a warning to potential employees.The first glaring issue to point out is their recruitment process, which misleads candidates about job stability. It appears their main hiring strategy is to bulk up their workforce during peak times, and the promises of long-term employment they extend during the recruitment process can be misleading. It's important for job seekers to be aware of this tactic to avoid disappointment.The company’s culture and management practices left much to be desired as well. There were numerous instances of inappropriate relationships between staff members, blurring the lines between professional and personal boundaries. As someone who believes that the workplace should strictly be a professional environment, it was disconcerting to witness these relationships, some of which could potentially be classified as harassment. It is worth noting that this is not a dating site, and such behavior should not be tolerated.The respect for personal time and work-life balance was also a major concern. Changes were made to employee schedules without prior notification, demonstrating an utter disregard for personal commitments and showing no respect for employee's private time. This company clearly failed to understand that private time is precisely that - private.An additional pain point was the constant pressure exerted on employees to work over the weekends and stay beyond their regular hours. On average, they held employees back for an additional 10-15 minutes each day without offering any compensation for the overtime. This practice not only breaches labor laws but also shows a lack of respect for the employee's time and effort.In summary, my experience at the company was marred by a culture of unethical practices, lack of respect for personal boundaries, and a disregard for employee rights. It is a place I would not recommend to anyone, let alone a loved one. If you value your dignity, respect, and personal time, I would suggest steering clear of this organization. There are better places out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.
