Khalifa first helped me with a crashed PC in 2018 and I'm so glad I kept his contact info for 5 years so that I could call on him again this week with another PC catastrophe! (to me). KB responds really quickly to calls/messages and was able to come and fix my computer within 48 hours of me calling. He knows his stuff and is always very helpful, efficient and friendly, I have no hesitation in recommending KB Computer Repairs to anyone with computer problems.

Khalifa was referred to me by a friend and I am SO grateful! My laptop was running so slowly it was painful, my battery was no longer charging, my storage was almost all used up, and I had some software issues too that were causing me a massive headache! Within a week of contacting him Khalifa had ordered all of the new kit I needed and brought my laptop back to life - better than it has ever been! Brilliant service, excellent value, and a nice person too who you instantly trust! Thank you Khalifa!

Called and he basically diagnosed the issue for free over the phone. Offered to leave him a tip over PayPal and he refused it. Rates he quoted for out and incalls also reasonable, but not needed in this instance, as his diagnosis of my build's problem mirrored my own. Lovely guy, absolutely recommended.

I thoroughly recommend this repairs company to anyone who has problems with their computer. My computer is only 2-years old yet somehow the hard drive had been corrupted by a virus even though I thought I was protected by Norton Virus Protection U.K. The technician detected the problem very quickly and sorted it. Most efficient and trustworth.

My Desktop PC (Packard Bell) which I purchased in 2006 had been running sluggishly for months. In addition my anti-virus software stopped working. I found KB Computer Repairs on the Internet. Khalifa gave me various options over the phone and I chose to replace my PC with a 2-year old Dell. Khalifa ordered it for me, we arranged a day for installation. Khalifa arrived on time, setup the new PC, reinstalled all my stored photos, documents and setup the latest version of Microsoft Office and tidied everything up. He was very personable and professional. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. 10 out of 10 for everything.
